Gadea Pérez Guzmán de Cubas

Gadea Pérez de Guzmán Cubas is a corporate, commercial and M&A lawyer with experience advising on complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy projects, project finance and domestic and international commercial agreements.
