With over 20 years of experience in law firms, María Luz is a specialist in civil litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international. Her career spans a wide range of sectors, providing advisory services in the resolution of complex disputes for both national and international clients.

 

María Luz leads litigation in various areas, including:
· Construction, infrastructure, and energy
· Corporate disputes, unfair competition, and insolvency law
· Protection of fundamental rights
· Property law, easements, and recovery actions

 

Her experience includes pre-litigation advisory services for companies in multiple sectors, offering strategic support to in-house legal departments on civil and commercial matters relevant to their business.

 

Throughout her career, she has participated in arbitrations administered by prestigious institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration of Madrid (CAM), the Spanish Arbitration Court (CEA), and the Civil and Mercantile Arbitration Court (CIMA).
