Attorney with extensive experience in complex transactions, international bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure projects, project financing, and public procurement.

He currently advises companies in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on industrial self-consumption, as well as regulated entities in the financial sector. José Antonio also has significant experience in capital raising, including private equity and venture capital rounds, working closely with funds and private equity firms.

He has been involved in large international operations in infrastructure, particularly in highways, subways, railways, and hospitals, excelling in high-profile negotiations.

With a solid background in public procurement, he has worked across various sectors, including defense, security, aerospace, transportation, and IT.

He has served as a board member and corporate secretary for several companies and has advised major corporate groups. Notably, he led the Legal Advisory Department at Cintra USA and FCC Concessions Global.
